Head Chef Aaron Strothard has always had a passion for producing exceptional menus. Thanks to his extensive training in the UK and Greece, Aaron’s a passionate cook with a flair for taking classic dishes up a notch.
Aaron’s carefully crafted a menu that packs great flavours into both familiar dishes and your soon-to-be new favourites. And with local and sustainable products at its core, The Fable menu changes monthly to reflect the best in fresh, seasonal produce.
