International Women’s Day can mean different things to different people, and here at Santhem Residences, we are proud to raise awareness and celebrate our team members.
Our meet the team series is back this week, and we are pleased to introduce to you June Hillyard, Head of Care, at Santhem Residences Shenfield. June brings with her over 20 years of experience from the care sector.
June has always had a desire to care and began her career as a part time Care Assistant and developed through the ranks to a Regional Trainer. She later progressed from a CQC Registered Manager to Operations Director for a national company. June is very proud of her career progression; it really is a highlight and shows what you can achieve.
June – “Delivering expert, high-quality care has always been a passion of mine and I look forward to delivering this at Santhem. Here our approach to care and wellbeing is about putting our residents at the heart of everything we do and helping them maintain key relationships with friends and loved ones. Our vision is for our residents to feel happy and worry-free in their new home, so we have designed a flexible care and wellbeing service to help them maintain their independence and enable them to live their life to the fullest.
I have already had the pleasure of meeting our first homeowners who have moved in over the past two weeks, and I look forward to meeting many more very soon.”
