We’re pleased to introduce Aaron Strothard, Head Chef at The Fable Restaurant, at Santhem Residences Shenfield.
Aaron brings with him 20 years’ experience in catering and hospitality. From a young age, he quickly found and developed an interest in food. Starting as a pastry chef at 16, he studied patisserie at Southbank University while working as a junior pastry chef simultaneously. He still remembers his first day as a chef in a kitchen, that feeling after service was like no other, he was hooked!
Cooking is a family tradition in Aaron’s household. Growing up his mother was a brilliant cook; his auntie also owned a restaurant on a Greek island where he worked for a season.
Aaron can’t wait to get started at Santhem and share his wonderful dishes, creating and adapting new ideas. He is looking forward to meeting you all and for you to try his delicious food. We can’t wait to have another taste either!
