Ingredients:

  • 375g tin of condensed milk
  • 300ml pot of single cream
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 300ml Irish whiskey

Method:

1) Put all the ingredients except the whiskey into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

2) Add the whiskey and blast the blender a few times until it is fully incorporated.

3) Store in sterilised bottles in the fridge for up to two months.

Tip: For a delectable after-dinner treat, add a dash of Irish cream to a mug of coffee and top with whipped cream.
