Did you know that Irish cream is really easy to make at home? Ready in only a few minutes, you’ll be enjoying a glass of this Christmas favourite in no time.

Ingredients:
375g tin of condensed milk
300ml pot of single cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
300ml Irish whiskey
Method:
1) Put all the ingredients except the whiskey into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2) Add the whiskey and blast the blender a few times until it is fully incorporated.
3) Store in sterilised bottles in the fridge for up to two months.
Tip: For a delectable after-dinner treat, add a dash of Irish cream to a mug of coffee and top with whipped cream.
