We’re pleased to introduce Kerri Brill, Village Manager, for Santhem Residences Shenfield.

Kerri brings vast knowledge and expertise to the role. She has four years of experience in managing retirement villages as well as 15 years of experience in facility management in the residential and commercial sectors. Leading a team of 13, Kerri will support homeowners with their practical and environmental needs.

Having initially joined Santhem Residences in early 2020, she moved across to the Arlington Manor Care Home in Cambridge during the pandemic to provide additional expert support before recently returning.

Kerri said: “I was incredibly impressed with Santhem’s hands-on approach to care and customer service from the outset and this continues to be our focus as we prepare for the arrival of our first homeowners in early 2022. Helping to shape the residential experience for our homeowners is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to working alongside the fantastic team to help build a real community here.”

Want to learn more about Santhem Residences? Get in touch and we can arrange for you to meet Kerri at the village for a private tour.
